This story was told to my students of Nogueira de Côta when talking about family.
(Não tive a oportunidade de lhes mostrar através da Net mas somente utilizando "colourful pictures" e lendo a história.Não temos Net em Nogueira.)
Finalizamos a actividade com um exercício de "matching the sentence to the correct picture" baseada na história.

These photos were taken in the dark --cinema--kids were watching a movie: "The haunted house", now that we are celebrating halloween.

( As fotos foram tiradas no escurinho do cinema, os miudos estavam a ver o filme: "A casa assombrada" agora que estamos a celebrar o Halloween.)
They just loved it. ( Eles adoraram.)
